MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Saturday, February 17, 2024, Deputy Rodney Smith assisted by Deputy Zack Baker was dispatched to Frank Bowling Road in reference to a trespasser.
Upon arriving at the scene, the deputies confronted Margaret Bowen, age 54 of Big Creek, KY and conducted an investigation. During the investigation, this individual was found to have an outstanding warrant for Failure to Appear.
Bowen was arrested on the warrant and subsequently searched. During the search, she was found to be in possession of an unidentified drug, resulting in an additional charge.
The subject was transported to the Clay County Detention Center.
Margaret Bowen was charged with:
- FAILURE TO APPEAR
- POSS CONT SUB, 3RD DEGREE - DRUG UNSPECIFIED
This individual was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
