MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Monday, February 19, 2024, Deputy Justin Shepherd arrested Rose Saylor on the charge of Criminal Trespass 3rd Degree.
After arrest Rose Saylor, age 47 of Manchester, KY was transported to, and lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
