MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff, Patrick Robinson, reports that on Tuesday, February 27, 2024, Deputy Zach Baker arrested Jerry Brock on a warrant out of Laurel County for Failure to Appear.
Jerry Brock was transported to the Clay County Detention Center where he was booked and lodged.
