LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's K-9/shift Sgt. Gary Mehler arrested William Ray Pennington age 58 of London on Tuesday evening February 27, 2024 at approximately 5:10 PM.
The arrest occurred off Byble Road, approximately 2 miles South of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel County District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Criminal mischief – third-degree
William Ray Pennington was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
