Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested Andrew Thomas Rose age 34 of Corbin on Wednesday night June 19, 2019 at approximately 8:51 PM.
The arrest occurred off US 25-W approximately 11 miles South of London following a traffic stop where it was learned that this individual had an outstanding bench warrant.
Andrew Thomas Rose was charged on a Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of:
- Carrying a concealed weapon
- Contempt of court
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Corrections Center.
