Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 10, 2019 at approximately 1:10 PM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with Clay County Sheriff PAO Trent Baker arrest Adam Arnett, 21 of South Highway 421.
The arrest occurred when Deputies were dispatched out to a complaint on the above mentioned subject operating a Blue Saturn without permission from the owner.
Deputies made contact with the subject in the parking lot of Clay County Pawn on South Highway 421.
The driver admitted to knowing that he wasn’t allowed to take the car.
Adam Arnett, 21 was charged with:
- Unauthorized Use of Motor Vehicle- 1st Offense
