London, Ky. - On Monday, July 29, 2019 at approximately 4:10 PM, Kentucky State Police Post 11, London was notified about a shooting that occurred at a residence on Starlite Drive in the Somerset community of Pulaski County.
Upon arrival, Troopers determined that Devin B. Griffith, 24, of Somerset had been shot by Jason Griffith, 47, of Somerset during a domestic dispute altercation that had taken place at Jason Griffith’s residence.
Devin Griffith was flown to the University of Kentucky Medical Center where he is being treated for his injuries and listed in stable condition.
This investigation will be presented to the Pulaski County Grand Jury upon its completion.
KSP Lieutenant Rodney Wren is continuing the investigation. He was assisted at the scene by Troopers from Post 11, Pulaski County Sheriff’s Office and Pulaski County EMS.
