MANCHESTER, KY - The City of Manchester Fire Department is reporting that: At 3:37 AM on Friday, May 8, 2020 City of Manchester Fire Department was dispatched by Clay County E-911 to Beech Creek Apartments.
Upon arrival units encountered heavy fire from the dumpster and quickly extinguished it.
All units returned to service with no further incident.
