PORTLAND, OR - Portland Police Bureau is reporting that the Old Town murder suspect in the shooting death of JaMarie Herring has turned himself in to authorities.
On Monday, August 23rd, 2021 about 4:38 P.M., 22-year-old Rolando L. Mingledoff Jr. turned himself in to homicide detectives.
Rolando L. Mingledoff Jr. was charged with:
- Murder in the Second Degree
- Unlawful Use of a Weapon
This individual was lodged in the Multnomah County Detention Center.

Despite the arrest, this is still and active investigation and Detectives are still seeking information from people who were present at Mingle Lounge.
