LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Sgt. Phil Barnard has retired from the Laurel County Sheriff's office effective January of 2022 having served since 1994.
Sheriff Root and the entire staff of the Laurel County Sheriff's office wish him well in his future endeavors.
