Business growth has remained strong through 2022. Through September we have seen 37,497 new businesses created, with 31,876 being created online. We also see more businesses filing their annual reports online.

File Reinstatements Online

Business owners who have forgotten to file their annual reports do not have to reinstate their businesses by mail or in person. The online feature on our improved Fast Track site communicates directly with both the Department of Revenue and the Office of Unemployment Insurance to allow businesses to complete the reinstatement process more quickly online. The website also allows businesses to file their annual reports, form new LLC’s, file assumed names, and much more without printing any paper, stuffing envelopes, or losing time going to the mailbox or all the way to Frankfort.
