FRANKFORT, KY - Secretary of State Michael Adams urges Kentucky business owners to save a stamp or a trip to Frankfort and file their business reinstatements online

Kentuckians can utilize their time and money better by using the online services available now on the improved Fast Track site.

“As Kentucky’s Chief Business Official, I have worked to make doing business as easy as possible,” said Adams. “The ability to file reinstatements online will save business owners valuable time and money.”

Business owners who have forgotten to file their annual reports will no longer be required to reinstate their businesses by mail or in person. The new online feature communicates directly with both the Department of Revenue and the Office of Unemployment Insurance to allow businesses to complete the reinstatement process more quickly online. The website also allows businesses to file their annual reports, form new LLC’s, file assumed names, and much more without printing any paper, stuffing envelopes, or losing time driving to the mailbox or all the way to Frankfort.
