LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Daniel Reed along with Deputy Noah Ritchie arrested Richard Logsdon, age 47 of Rocky Hill, KY on Wednesday night May 7, 2025 at approximately 9:41 PM.
The arrest occurred off KY 770 approximately 11 miles South of London after the above subject, Richard Logsdon was charged on a Russell County District Court bench warrant of arrest charging:
- Nonpayment of court costs, fees or fines
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
