LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Carly Dorraugh arrested Branden Collier, age 38 of East Bernstadt on Friday morning May 9, 2025 at approximately 9:58 AM.
The arrest occurred at a residence off KY 1376 approximately 6 miles north of London after Deputy Dorraugh was dispatched by London – Laurel County 911 Communication Ctr. to a trespass complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene Deputy Dorraugh located the suspected offender and learned that he had previously been trespassed from the residence and was now refusing to leave the property per the current home owner.
Branden Collier was charged with:
- Criminal trespass – first-degree
In addition, Collier was charged on a warrant for:
- Failure to appear in Laurel District Court
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
