A Statewide Silver Alert has been declared.
The Kokomo Police Department is investigating the disappearance of Vincent Kirby, a 50 year old white male, 5 feet 11 inches tall, 260 pounds, brown hair with blue eyes, last seen wearing a black t-shirt, blue jeans, and white tennis shoes.
Vincent is missing from Kokomo, Indiana which is 61 miles north of Indianapolis and was last seen on Thursday, July 3, 2025, at 5:00 am. He is believed to be in extreme danger and may require medical assistance.
