LONDON, KY -- Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Zach Allen along with Deputy Robert Reed arrested Sandra Shoupe, age 34, of East Bernstadt on Sunday evening July 6, 2025 at approximately 7:00 PM.
The arrest occurred on old KY 30 approximately 5 miles north of London after deputies conducted an investigation on a female subject who was observed walking in the roadway. During the investigation this individual was found in possession of suspected methamphetamine.
Sandra Shoupe was charged with:
- Possession of a controlled substance – first-degree – first offense – methamphetamine
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
