(Paducah, KY) - At 2:20 a.m. Kentucky State Police – Post 1 Mayfield was contacted by staff members at Keeton Correctional Facility, Paducah, KY, in regards to an escaped inmate.
During the investigation, it was determined that Matthew L. Wills, age 25, of Newport, KY was missing. Mr. Wills is reported to be a black male, brown eyes, black hair, 5'11", and 175lbs.
Mr. Wills was last accounted for at 11:30pm on 3/7/14. Mr. Wills was last seen wearing a black hoodie with the hood cut out, red t-shirt, and blue jeans.
Mr. Wills was serving a sentence for Burglary 1st degree out of Campbell County in Northern, KY.
The Paducah Police Department and McCracken County Sheriff's Department are assisting at this time.
