(Bedford, KY) - A Trimble County man was arrested last night (3/9) after Troopers found a meth lab in his home.
A tip led Troopers with Kentucky State Police Post 5 to the home of Nicholas Hanson, 27 years old from Bedford, KY, who lives at 9 Cassell Lane in Bedford.
Troopers were able to locate an active lab as well as ingredients used to manufacture methamphetamine. Troopers also found approximately two grams of finished product.
Hanson was charged with Manufacturing Methamphetamine, Possession of Methamphetamine, and Unlawful Possession of a Meth Precursor.
Trimble County Social Services was contacted after a three year old child was found in the home. That child was placed with family members.
Hanson was lodged at the Carroll County Detention Center. Trooper Brodie Jodry is leading the ongoing investigation.
