Clay County Cooperative Extension Service - December programs

Beginning Beekeeping—Ms. Laura Rodgers, Knox County 5th Generation Beekeeper, will be with us to discuss how to get started in beekeeping.  Beekeeping is an enterprise that you must prepare for now to be ready in the spring.

The meeting will be on Thursday, December 11th from 6:00-7:30 pm at the EXCEL Building (next to McDonalds).  Please register with the Extension Office by calling 598-2789 so in case of inclement weather we can call you and let you know the meeting is cancelled.  FREE & open to the public!

Family Fun Night at the EXCEL Building will be January 12th at 6:00 pm.  Come play board and card games with your family.  You can stay the entire time or leave when you want.  Start a new tradition in your family.  Children love board and card games and spending time with mom & dad or their primary caregiver.  Come enjoy an evening of fun!  Free and open to the public!

Educational programs of the Cooperative Extension Service serve all people regardless of race, color, age, sex, religion, disability or national origin.
