Madison County Drug Round-Up Results In 9 Arrests

(Richmond, KY.) – On Thursday, February 12, 2015, nine people were arrested in Madison County after being indicted for drug related offenses.  The roundup was conducted by the Kentucky State Police, Richmond Post, Madison County Drug Taskforce, Madison County Sheriff’s Office, and Richmond Police Department.

The arrests are the result of a four month drug investigation that was conducted last year in Madison County.

Following are the names, ages, and charges of the people arrested.

• Clark S. Fletcher, 52 years old of Richmond, arrested for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 2^nd Degree, 1^st Offense.

• Anthony L. Ray, 36 years old of Richmond, arrested for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense and Persistent Felony Offender.

• Timothy J. Rogers, 26 years old of Berea, arrested for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense.

• Kenneth B. Miller, 39 years old of Berea, arrested for four (4) counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense.

• Lola Rose, 57 years old of Richmond, arrested for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense.

• Garney Smith, 64 years old of Richmond, arrested for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense.

• Heather R. Wagers, 37 years old of Richmond, arrested for three (3) counts of Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 2^st Offense.

• Lisa Feltner, 43 years old of Richmond, arrested for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense and Persistent Felony Offender 2^nd.

• Kevin L. Feltner, 22 years old of Richmond, arrested for Trafficking in a Controlled Substance, 1^st Degree, 1^st Offense.

All that were arrested have been lodged in the Madison County Detention Center.

The ongoing investigation is being conducted by detectives with KSP and the Madison County Drug Taskforce.
