KSP charge Middlesboro couple with Manufacturing Methamphetamine

 

 

(Middlesboro, Ky.) On February 8, 2015 around 5:00 p.m., Kentucky State Police Post 10 Harlan received an anonymous tip about a meth lab on Swanson Road in the Middlesboro community of Bell County.

Upon arrival, the troopers located a large amount of items used to manufacture methamphetamine inside a bedroom.

Trooper Josh Messer began an investigation and arrested Timothy Hendrickson, 31 of Middlesboro and charged him with manufacturing methamphetamine, controlled substance-endangerment to a child, trafficking a controlled substance and possession of a firearm by a convicted felon.

Also arrested at the scene was Elizabeth Hendrickson, 22 of Middlesboro and charged her with manufacturing methamphetamine and controlled substance-endangerment to a child.

The 2 year old child was placed in the care of the grandparents while Mr. and Mrs. Hendrickson were lodged in the Bell County Detention Center. This case is still under investigation by Tpr. Josh Messer.

Also assisted at the scene were Tpr. Joey Brigmon, Tpr, Aaron Frederick, Tpr. George Howard, Sgt. Jason Joseeph and KSP Drug Enforcement Special Investigations.
