Man charged with assault after allegedly kicking female

 

 

Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Rick Cloyd and Sgt. Robbie Grimes arrested a London man on Friday afternoon February 13, 2014 at approximately 4:02 P.M.

Arrested was Bobby Phillips age 23 of German Lane, London, KY.

The arrest occurred off American Greeting Card Road approximately 9 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a domestic violence complaint.

When deputies arrived and conducted an investigation they observed red marks on the female victims face and abdomen area and learned from the victim that she had allegedly been kicked.

Allegedly the two subjects are boyfriend and girlfriend.

Bobby Phillips was charged with assault – fourth degree – domestic violence and was lodged in the Laurel County detention Center.
