Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Andrew Lawson along with Deputy Tyler Morris, and Sgt. Brett Reeves arrested a London man early Tuesday morning February 17th 2015 at approximately 6:17 A.M.
Arrested was Jack Franke age 37 Miller Road, London, KY.
The arrest was the result of a traffic stop conducted on a silver jeep Cherokee that was traveling on KY 80 just west of London without its headlights on.
During the traffic stop deputies determined that the subject was driving on DUI suspended license.
Jack Franke was charged with driving on DUI suspended license – first offense, failure to wear seatbelts, and failure to illuminate headlamps.
Jack Franke was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
