Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Laurel Sheriff’s Deputy Rick Cloyd along with Deputy Brandon Broughton arrested a London man on Wednesday night February 18, 2015 at approximately 8:14 P.M.
Arrested was Marty Payne age 55 of E. Laurel Road, London, KY.
The arrest occurred off Tomcat Trail, approximately 4 miles east of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest charging flagrant non-support.
Marty Payne was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
