Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Tommy Houston along with Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested Manchester woman on Sunday night February 15, 2015 at approximately 9:00 P.M.
Arrested was Andrea Ruth age 27 of Paul Road, Manchester, KY.
The arrest occurred off Willie Green Road, approximately 6 miles west of London after deputies responded to a verbal dispute there allegedly concerning a vehicle in question.
When deputies arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation they learned that this subject had allegedly came to the victim's residence and when asked to leave refused.
In addition, deputies learned that this subject had been at the residence earlier and had been advised by Constable Chris Webb not to return to the residence.
Andrea Ruth was charged with criminal trespassing – third-degree and alcohol intoxication in a public place and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
