Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Andrew Lawson along with Deputy Shawn Jackson arrested a London man early Saturday morning February 21, 2015 at approximately 1:29 AM.
Arrested was Rocky Peters age 42 Of Mallard Drive, London, KY.
The arrest occurred on Jamison Lane, approximately 1 mile west of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint of a vehicle abandoned off Ky 1006.
When deputies arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation on the driver, he was determined to be under the influence.
Rocky Peters was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense, and an arrest warrant for Failure to Appear in Court on a Shoplifting charge in Laurel County, and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
