Arrest made in missing Clay County woman found dead

 

 

MANCHESTER, KY - WKYT TV is reporting that a man has been arrested and charged in connection with the death of a woman who was found frozen in Clay County.

On Tuesday Traci Beth Alvey, 34, was found dead.

Coy Bowling, 42, was arrested on Tuesday evening and is charged with wanton endangerment for leaving Alvey in the woods during "blizzard conditions".
