Manchester, Ky. - MPD is reporting that on Monday, February 23, 2015 Manchester Police Officer Jason Combs responded to Walmart to investigate a shoplifting complaint.
Upon arrival Officer Combs located Jacob Sizemore of Tennessee with Walmart asset protection.
Sizemore was observed concealing merchandise on his person in an attempt to remove the item without purchasing it.
During the investigation Officer Combs learned Sizemore also had outstanding arrest warrants for his arrest from Russell county.
Sizemore was arrested and charged with theft by unlawful taking ( shoplifting ) and the outstanding warrants and lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
