Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Sgt. Robbie Grimes along with Constable Bobby Smith arrested an Indiana man on Wednesday evening February 25, 2015 at approximately 6:30 P.M.
Arrested was Kenneth Genoe age 29 of Lafayette, Indiana.
The arrest occurred off Dean Hundley Road, approximately 6 miles north of London after officers responded to a disturbance complaint.
Upon arrival officers conducted an investigation and determined that an argument had occurred there between an intoxicated individual and others.
Kenneth Genoe was charged with alcohol intoxication and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
