Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Shawn Jackson along with Deputy Mikey Ashurst arrested a Corbin man on Saturday night February 28, 2015 at approximately 11:08 P.M.
Arrested was James Partin age 46 Of North Hwy. 1223 Apartments, Corbin, KY.
The arrest occurred off ky 3431, approximately 8 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to domestic violence complaint.
While enroute to the complaint deputies located this subject walking on Highway 1223 in close proximity to the complaint.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies conducted an investigation and learned from the female victim that her ex husband who is currently living with her had allegedly shoved her, spit in her face, and then had bit her on the right side of her face – deputies located red bite marks on the victim's face.
James Partin was charged with assault – fourth degree- domestic violence and alcohol intoxication and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention center.
