Manchester woman facing manufacturing methamphetamine charge along with London man

Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Detective Jason Back arrested two individuals at a residence off Lick Fork Road, approximately 6 miles east of London early Sunday morning March 8, 2015 at approximately 6:10 A.M..

The arrests were the result of a drug investigation conducted by Sheriff's deputies after the discovery of an active one step meth lab, the remains of numerous methamphetamine labs, and a loaded handgun.

Arrested was Jamie Riley age 35 of Lick Fork Road, London, Ky charged with manufacturing methamphetamine – second offense; possession of a handgun by a convicted felon; and resisting arrest.

Also arrested was: Dorothy Mullins age 36 of Green Street Apartments, Manchester, KY charged with manufacturing methamphetamine – first offense.

Both subjects were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

Assisting on the investigation and arrests were – Deputy Mikey Ashurst, Deputy Shawn Jackson, and Deputy Andrew Lawson.

Also assisting was KSP trooper Chris Saunders.

In addition, Bush volunteer Fire Department assisted at the scene.
