(Pineville, Ky.) – On March 16, 2015 at 9:28 a.m. Kentucky State Police, Post 10 Harlan received a call that a white Pontiac Sunfire had drove through a fence and into a yard off of U.S 119 in the Page community of Bell County.
The operator of the vehicle, Lisa Ramey, 48, of Coldiron left the scene and drove toward Middlesboro on U.S.25E. Trooper First Class Jason Young located the vehicle at 9:37 a.m. and conducted a traffic stop across from Bell County High School.
Ms. Ramey was arrested by TFC. Jason Young and charged with DUI 1st degree, leaving scene of an accident, carry concealed deadly weapon, and no insurance.
Ms. Ramey was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center. Tpr. Aaron Fredrick continues the investigation into the collision.
