(Louisville, Ky.)— On March 17, 2015, at approximately 1:30 p.m., the Kentucky State Police Electronic Crime Branch, assisted by officers with the Audubon Park Police Dept., arrested Ryan S. Hubbard, 39, for charges related to distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor.
Hubbard was arrested as the result of an undercover Internet Crimes Against Children investigation. The KSP Electronic Crime Branch began the investigation after discovering the suspect showing images of child sexual exploitation via webcam on a popular chat website.
The investigation resulted in the execution of a search warrant at Hubbard’s residence on March 17, 2015. Equipment used to facilitate the crime was seized and taken to KSP’s forensic laboratory for examination. The investigation is ongoing.
Hubbard is currently charged with one count of distribution of matter portraying a sex performance by a minor. He was lodged in the Jefferson County Detention Center.
