Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Larry Parrott along with Sgt. Robbie Grimes and Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested Jayson Deaton age 40 of Hardin Road, London on Wednesday night March 18, 2015 at approximately 10:20 P.M..
The arrest occurred off Jackson Fariston Road, approximately 4 miles south London after this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court regarding a charge of operating a motor vehicle under the influence and possession of marijuana.
In addition, this subject was charged on another Laurel County bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court regarding charges of possession of marijuana and operating a motor vehicle under the influence.
Also, this subject had a third Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court.
Jayson Deaton was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
