Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Andrew Lawson arrested Milton Thompson age 45 Walter Eversole Road, East Bernstadt on Wednesday night March 25, 2015 at approximately 10:43 P.M.
The arrest occurred off Jackson Church Road, approximately 3 miles east of London after this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest charging theft by unlawful taking.
This subject allegedly entered Walmart and selected a cell phone case valued at over $21 and took it to the service desk and did a fraudulent return and received a gift card for its value.
\Milton Thompson was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
