Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Shawn Jackson arrested Patrick Graham age 41 of Village Court, London early Tuesday morning April 7, 2015 at approximately 1:11 A.M..
The arrest occurred off Village Wood Court, approximately 4 miles south of London after Deputy Jackson learned through investigation that this subject had allegedly struck his wife with an electrical cord repeatedly leaving red stripe marks on her legs from the cord.
Upon arrest, this subject scuffled briefly with Deputy Jackson before being taken into custody.
Patrick Graham was charged with assault – fourth degree - domestic violence; resisting arrest; menacing; and alcohol intoxication and was lodged in the Laurel County detention Center.
