(Corbin, Ky.) On April 10, 2015 at approximately 12:30 p.m. Kentucky State Police, Post 10 Harlan received a call about a two year old being abused at Rainbow and Lollipop Daycare in the Corbin community of Knox County.
Trooper Sammy Farris arrived at the daycare and began an investigation.
During the investigation Tpr. Farris collected evidence and statements from the daycare.
At 2:05 p.m. Tracy Fore, 33, of Woodbine was arrested and charged with Criminal Abuse 1st degree (Child U/12).
Mrs. Fore is the owner and director of the daycare.
Mrs. Fore was lodged in the Knox County Detention Center.
Case is still under investigation by Tpr. Sammy Farris.
Also assisted at the scene was Det. Bryan Johnson.
