Disturbance complaint arrest - Laurel County

 

 

 

Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that shift commander Sgt. Robbie Grimes assisted by Deputy Rick Cloyd and Deputy Brandon Broughton arrested Timothy Sadler age 48 of Talbot Road., Winchester, Ky. on Saturday night April 18, 2015 at approximately 8:11 P.M.

The arrest occurred inside a business off US 25 E, approximately 11 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to a complaint that a male subject was inside the business creating a disturbance and smelled of alcoholic beverages.

When deputies arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation they determined that this subject was under the influence.

While this subject was being transported to the detention center, he beat on the protective screen in the police car with both his head and fists, and threatened deputies.

Timothy Sadler was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances; terroristic threatening – second degree; and disorderly conduct – second-degree.

The subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
