Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Andrew arrested a Manchester man early Saturday morning May 9, 2015 at approximately 2:27 A.M.
Arrested was Clarence Henson age 40 of Dan Henson Road, Manchester, KY.
The arrest occurred off Laurel River Church Road, approximately 6 miles east of London after deputies were dispatched to an out-of-control male subject.
When Deputy Lawson arrived in the vicinity he located this subject passed out in the back of an S-10 pickup and detected the odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from this subject.
An investigation was conducted and he was determined to be under the influence.
Clarence Henson was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
