Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Tommy Houston along with Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested Peggy Davis age 27 Of Brown Rd., Tyner on Saturday evening May 23, 2015 at approximately 6:55 P.M.
The arrest occurred off Morentown Road, approximately 2 miles east of London after this subject was found in a light blue colored Toyota Corolla in a business parking lot with the engine running, in the driver seat, and apparently passed out.
Deputies conducted an investigation determining that this subject was under the influence.
This subject stated she had taken Neurotin, and Seroquel.
Peggy Davis was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
