Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Kyle Gray along with Deputy Brandon Broughton arrested Jonathan Segraves age 27 Jacob Dr., Jackson, Ky (formerly of Old Union Church Rd., London) on Tuesday night May 26, 2015 at approximately 10:45 P.M.
The arrest was the result of this subject being charged on a Laurel County warrant of arrest charging fleeing or evading police – second-degree – on foot; resisting arrest; and assault – third-degree – police officer is the victim.
In addition, this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to comply with the previous charges of violation of a Kentucky EPO/DVO.
Also this subject was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court regarding a charge of violation of the Kentucky EPO/DVO.
The subject was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
