Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Milton Storm arrested Shawn Lawson age 20 of W. 3rd St., Corbin on Thursday afternoon May 28, 2015 at approximately 4:15 P.M.
The arrest occurred off American Greeting Card road, approximately 9 miles south of London after Deputy Storm was dispatched to a complaint that this subject was passed out on the walkway at apartments there.
When Deputy Storm arrived at the scene he located this subject passed out, and after conducting an investigation determined that this subject was under the influence.
Shawn Lawson was charged with alcohol intoxication in a public place and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
