Manchester, Ky. - MPD is reporting that on Friday, May 29, 2015 Manchester Police Officers responded to the intersection of US 421 and KY 80 "Malfunction Junction" to investigate a two vehicle non-injury collision.
Upon arrival MPD Sgt. Jeff Collett located Chase Prilaman age 32, of Manchester operating a black 2000 model Nissan that had struck another vehicle in the rear.
While investigating the collision it was determined that Prilaman was operating the vehicle while under the influence of drugs/alcohol.
Prilaman was charged with operating a motor vehicle under the influence of drugs/alcohol 1st offense and lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
Officer Jeff Senters and the Manchester Fire Department assisted at the scene.
