Manchester, Ky. - MPD is reporting that on Thursday, May 28, 2015 Manchester Police Department Officer Jimmy Smith executed two arrest warrants on Toleman Johnson age 58, of Manchester.
Johnson was wanted in Clay County for trafficking in a controlled substance 1st offense and possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense.
Johnson was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
