Manchester, Ky. - MPD is reporting that on Thursday, June 4, 2015 Manchester Police Officer Jeff Couch conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle being operated by an individual with outstanding warrants.
Arrested was Gary Shaffer age 33 of Manchester, KY.
While making an arrest for outstanding warrants for wanton endangerment 2nd degree and criminal mischief 3rd degree, Officer Couch located two plastic baggies containing methamphetamine on Shaffer's person.
Shaffer was also charged with possession of a controlled substance 1st degree 1st offense (methamphetamine).
Shaffer was lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
