Manchester, Ky. - MPD is reporting that on Thursday, June 11, 2015 Manchester Police Officers responded to the Memorial Hospital to investigate a complaint of two subjects possibly under the influence.
Upon arrival officers located a male and female that appeared to be passed out in a vehicle.
During the investigation it was determined the two were under the influence of drugs.
Arrested was:
Travis Carr age 24 of Manchester was arrested and charged with public intoxication.
Shasta Henson age 26 of Manchester was arrested and charged with public intoxication and possession of a controlled substance 3rd degree 1st offense.
Both subjects were lodged in the Clay County Detention Center.
