(Lebanon, KY) - 36-year-old Jason K. Flowers, of Lebanon, was arrested on Sunday, June 21st at 11:22 AM EDT and charged with Wanton Endangerment 2nd Degree and Endangering the Welfare of a Minor.
Post 15 was notified at approximately 9:00 AM on Sunday of a 3-year-old female that had been located walking in the roadway on KY 49, south of Lebanon. The toddler was not injured and was kept safely at a residence until Troopers arrived. Social Services was notified and Jason K. Flowers was eventually located after Troopers canvassed the area and discovered that the toddler was his foster child. Flowers was unaware that the child was missing.
He was lodged in the Marion County Detention Center. Tpr. Adam Mattingly is investigating.
