Fugitive wanted in South Carolina arrested - Laurel County


Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Detective James Sizemore along with Detective Jason back assisted by Deputy Josh Scott arrested two individuals in unrelated cases at Corbin Manor Apartments off American Greeting Card Road, 9 miles south of London on Monday afternoon July 7, 2015 at approximately 12:09 PM.

Arrested was David Chandley age 24 of Payne Trail, London charged with being a fugitive from Columbia, South Carolina on charges of absconding parole supervision regarding a conviction of criminal sexual conduct third-degree.This subject is identified as being on the life time sex offender registry.

Also arrested was Earl McIntosh age 19 of Corbin Manor Apartments, Corbin charged on a Laurel County warrant of arrest charging criminal mischief – third-degree- allegedly this subject kicked in the door of a neighbor's residence there at Corbin Manor.

Both individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.

South Carolina will extradite David Chandley.
