Laurel County Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that Deputy Larry Parrott the investigating officer on the credit/debit card illegal usage at Walmart near Corbin in southern Laurel County has positively identified all three suspects involved in this theft.
In addition, the yellow Monte Carlo with a large confederate flag on its rear bumper has also been identified. Thanks to numerous tips from the public following area media sources that reported the theft and information placed on the Sheriff's office Facebook page, all three suspects have been positively identified and charges will be placed on the three and will be reported on a news release at the time of their arrest.
Surveillance photos that Walmart distributed to the Sheriff's office showed 3 suspects at Walmart near Corbin shopping for items and then paying for them with stolen credit card information on July 7th , 2015.
Value of the thefts was over $374.
Deputy Parrott will continue his investigation.
