Laurel County, Ky. - Sheriff John Root is reporting that deputy Rick Cloyd arrested Brian Moore age 35 Hemlock Rd., Corbin on Thursday afternoon July 9, 2015 at approximately 3:15 PM.
The arrest occurred on Adams Road, approximately 9 miles south of London after this subject apparently fled from the scene of a traffic crash earlier being investigated by Deputy Larry Parrott several miles away and was located by Deputy Cloyd who observed this subject as a passenger in a vehicle on Adams Road.
An investigation was conducted on this subject and it was learned that he had an outstanding bench warrant of arrest from Knox District Court charging failure to appear in court regarding charges of disorderly conduct – second degree; possession of drug paraphernalia; and possession of marijuana.
Brian Moore was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
